ColdPallet invoices the operator at signature for 5% of contracted storage value during the first 12 fee-bearing months. The configured rate is 1% thereafter. The published schedule accepted for the placement controls the invoice.
Your storage invoices and ColdPallet’s fee invoices remain separate. You invoice the occupier for storage through your connected payment account. ColdPallet invoices your company separately for its placement fee.
Capacity controls
ColdPallet uses posted capacity only to decide which storage requests your facility receives. Public visitors, occupiers, and other operators do not receive your posting values, rates, or posting history.
